Raid Boss Details & The New Mega Shield Mechanic Prepare your top Fighting-type counters and coordinate with your community. These new “Super Mega Raids” are significantly harder than standard Mega Raids and require serious teamwork and specialized strategies!
- Raid Boss: Mega Falinks
- Catch CP Range: 1347 CP – 1683 CP (100% IV)
- Shiny Status: Yes! Shiny Falinks will be available and heavily boosted.
- Difficulty: A minimum of 8+ high-level players is strongly recommended.
- Crucial Mechanic (Mega Shields): To successfully defeat Mega Falinks, you must use Mega Evolved Pokémon to break the boss’s special “Mega Shield.” Important note: One player can only break one shield, meaning your entire lobby needs to bring Mega Evolved attackers to win!
- Note: Super Mega Raids will only spawn at specifically designated Gyms during the event hours.
